The three things that shorten every conversation: roughly how many companies you manage, which part of the work costs you the most time today — chasing identity verification, preparing filings, or keeping registers straight — and whether your firm is already registered as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider. If you are mid-migration from spreadsheets or another system, say so; moving an existing portfolio in is a normal part of onboarding rather than something you have to solve first.
